You can apply for any transcript of any English court or tribunal hearing by completing form EX107 and returning it to the relevant court where the hearing took place. However, not all hearings are recorded and the court can refuse to provide any part or all of a transcript if it deems that details of the hearing should remain confidential. Sadly, hearings at magistrates' courts are never recorded. Accordingly, sources used here are taken directly from the publications made by the Bradford Telegarph & Argus as a result of their News Desk reporter's presence at the trial. Copyright of those texts remains the possession of the Bradford T&A Press.
