The research describes the management of solid waste from the demolition activity in the financial area of the district of San Isidro in 2018, trying to give a vision of how these are managed in one of the areas with the largest office real estate development in the country. The results of the interviews were analyzed with the Atlas Ti 7.0 software, highlighting that in the study area the segregation of demolition waste is being carried out during the process, however these are not destined to plants of valuation of the same, ending these mostly in landfills as a seal between layers, concluding that the management of demolition waste is done partially due to lack of promotion and control by the competent authorities to close the cycle of the same in a circular economy.
