Autorenporträt
Engr. N. M. Ogarekpe is graduate of Civil Engineering both from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria where he obtained the Bachelor of Engineering degree and Master of Engineering degree respectively. He is currently a lecturer at the Cross River University of Technology, Calabar, Nigeria.
