Autorenporträt
Vladimir Arana serves as Coordinator for the Americas in The International Secretariat for Water, Canada. He promotes the right to water, water conservation and sustainable development through project's implementation and advocacy in several countries. Prior to this position, Mr. Arana served as a Senior Adviser with the Latin American Development Bank, Senior environmental adviser with CARE, Senior consultant with CIP-CGIAR, a Vice Minister' adviser with Perüs Ministry of the Environment, General Manager with Peru's Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation and in many other positions.
