Lachlan Brandt doesn't lose control of his wolf. He doesn't lose control of his magic. Not once. Not ever. Until he meets the nixie and his hard as iron will is tested and his lone wolf's heart is challenged. Sweet water nixie, Ezekial Zimmerman is everything Lachlan isn't. Sensitive, creative, soft, he goes through life with his head in the clouds, feet barely skimming the earth. He's not Lach's type, until suddenly he is and the wolf shifter can't get enough of him. Then Lachlan has to leave, and Zeke's reminded violently why you never take your eyes off of your enemies, not for a second. Zeke is badly hurt and escapes into the beloved waters of his lake. Only he's changed, he's now an angry, defiant Pooka ready to kill anyone stupid enough to get near him. Will Lachlan ever find his sweet nixie boy again in the angry monster Zeke's become?
Autorenporträt
This all started on a whim because I'm one of those introverted artsy types that likes to try new things and one day right around my 60th birthday I said what the heck let's see what that Word thingy on my computer does. I love the hard work of creating things with my own two hands, whether that thing is a piece of beaded jewelry, the sculpture of a dragon or a pile of words that become a story. Thank you for taking the time to read something I wrote. I hope you enjoyed the reading as much as I enjoyed the writing.
