Roger Falconer is Professor of Water Engineering at the University of Bradford, UK and Leader of the Computational Hydraulics and Environmental Modelling Research Group. A Fellow of IWEM and ICE, in 1992 he received the Ippen Award of the International Association for Hydraulic Research, and recently delivered the ICE Vernon Harcourt Lecture on Water Quality Modelling. Previously he was Lecturer in Civil Engineering at the University of Birmingham, UK and has published over 60 papers and articles on Computational Hydraulics and Water Quality Modelling.
