Cecilia Tortajada is President of the Third World Centre for Water Management, Mexico. She is the immediate past President of the International Water Resources Association. She is the author and editor of more than 30 books by major international publishers. Her work has been translated into Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese and Spanish languages.
