Dr Shija Kazumba is the Chief Executive Officer of the Water Development and Management Institute,Tanzania. He holds a PhD from Gifu University, Japan in Water Resources Management.He has held a Post Doctoral Fellow Position in Israel at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev. He has published research papers and presented them in conferences.
