The aquatic birds of the Municipality of Cabaiguán, Province of Sancti Spíritus, Cuba, have been forgotten by researchers, which is the reason why this book deals with them. In spite of being a Mediterranean territory, the construction of reservoirs has facilitated the colonization of these aquatories by aquatic birds. The book shows how 43 species have been detected, which are shown, when the assemblages are formed, as different ornithocenoses.
