Water is a natural resource essential for the maintenance of life, but its quality has been limited over time, due to various anthropic actions, such as the pollution of water bodies. In the semi-arid region this hydric restriction directly affects the economic and social segments, reducing people's quality of life and economic power, increasing the rural exodus in these areas. As drought is considered an extreme event and occurs frequently in the semi-arid region, it is necessary that the population is prepared with the use of techniques that increase the community's resilience.
