Chuck, child of the Depression, has been lucky. Curiosity led him to good teachers and education. Boldness guided him to Murphy, the best human he ever knew, thence to a happy marriage and Liz, Katie and later Vic...a splendid family. More education, here and in Germany, afforded an honest career in teaching, as well as profit and fun learning other skills as the years unfolded. One of the most revealing and rewarding- writing. As proof that luck still holds...the writing continues. Some suspect, Chuck thinks himself a poet.
