As a result of the educational work developed by the teachers of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the Universidad de Oriente and, in particular, the projects Patrimonio and Escuela efectiva para la reafirmación profesional de docentes, which are two of the projects that this Faculty is involved in, associated to the ASP Network associated to UNESCO, this book is the first one to gather a contribution that offers the results of a research and experiences of the execution of teachers and students of the Bachelor's Degree in Education. This is a book that is at the forefront of a thought and an action that bet on educational work from an inadequate integrating logic in educational strategies that intend the formation of values as a process and a work philosophy to transform the students' ways of acting.
