Thirty years of service in public financial institutions. Member of the World Bank/ADB Teams for specific study/projects, Member of the Loan Negotiation Team for ADB loan at Manila. Served Rural Electrification Corporation Limited {RECL} and Power Finance Corporation Ltd {PFCL} for thirty years in various capacities. Post-retirement served as Sr. Advisor in Multinational Consultancy Firms for 18 years. So far, published twelve books through M/s Blue Rose Publishers Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi/NOIDA.
