Apostle Vernon W. WhitakerBorn November 11, 1950, in Tallahassee Florida, Vernon W. Whitaker Is a man after God's own heart. He is a retired aviation mechanic from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft located in West Palm Beach, Fl. He is married to Apostle Betty J. Whitaker, who Pastors alongside him. They have five children, ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He graduated from James S. Richards high school in 1970 and received an Associate of Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in May 2003. He also received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in June 2004. In December 8, 2002, He received laying of hands along with his Minister's license.Since answering His call, First Church Five-Fold Fellowship was founded on October 6, 2003. December 14, 2003, He received the laying on hands and certificate of ordination as a pastor. As his ministry moved into a higher calling, on August 8, 2005, He received the laying of hands and certificate of ordination as Bishop. On August 31, 2005, He received the laying of hands and certificate of ordination as a Chaplain. God totally changed and transformed Vernon's life as His servant.On June 15, 2010, He answered the call of God accepting further duties from God by receiving the laying of hands affirmed as an Apostle for Christ; to do God's work in establishing and governing His churches as his Apostolic duties.
