Cathie Freeman currently works within a talking therapy service for the NHS as a senior psychological wellbeing practitioner, and has worked within mental health since graduating as an Occupational Therapist.  As a spouse of a serving Royal Marine, Cathie spent a lot of her adult life moving within the UK, as well as the USA where she worked as a substitute teacher within the local school.  Cathie cares passionatately about psychological wellbeing and believes it to be fundamental aspect to realise and  live our full potential.
