Autorenporträt
Claire Charters is a human rights officer in the Indigenous Peoples and Minorities Section of the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. She is a professor in the faculty of law at Victoria University-Wellington. Dean R. Knight is a senior lecturer in the faculty of law at Victoria University-Wellington.
