The present study, the effect of dry sliding wear behaviour of aluminium composites has been investigated. Aluminium matrix reinforced with SiC and MoS2 in this project. Metal matrix composites primarily on improved specific strength and wear resistance application. Dry sliding wear behaviour analysed with the help of pin on disc apparatus. Further the conformation of the test was also conducted with the optimum parameter combination for the validation of Taguchi¿s results.
