The author was born in Osmaniye on 16 March 1975.He completed his primary,secondary and high school in Osmaniye.Then, author took bachelor degree in 1997, master degree in 2002 at physics department of Selçuk University and PhD degree in 2008 at physics department of Çukurova University.Now, he has been working in Siirt University.
