In this way, law is thought of as a sphere of social organisation. Ethics, civil law, legal psychology and politics are the main areas that underpin this study. Thus, stem cell research, racial quotas, prison overcrowding, compensation for psychic damage, human rights, adoption, shared custody and the Brazilian electoral system are some of the themes addressed in this work from the critical point of view of each author.
Autorenporträt
Master's degree from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, with an emphasis on Philosophy of Religion and Ethics. He has a postgraduate qualification in Higher Education Teaching and in Philosophy and Sociology Teaching Methodology. He teaches Philosophy, Ethics, Standardisation of Academic Work, Anthropology and New Technologies in Education.
