These possibilities are combined with high demands in sports competitions at international level, where mercantilist interests are manifested. In this direction, today there is a series of conceptual, structural and operative changes in the competitive models, which depend on the great variations in the systems of preparation of the athlete; as well as in the scientific direction of the sport teacher and the corresponding technological base of the training process. A distinctive feature of these changes is the inexorable increase of the physical loads on the athlete.
