Autorenporträt
Andrea Clark wrote her first children's book when she was seven years old! She has always felt a deep connection with children and a passion for helping them feel confident and special, which led her to become a child psychologist. Dr. Clark has had a successful private practice treating children and teens for over eighteen years. She is also the president of a nonprofit animal rescue, volunteers at her local animal shelter, and advocates for animal rights in her community. Clark's Caraway Village Fables incorporate her love of nature, animals, folklore, and magic. It is her highest hope that the simpler, enchanted woodland world created in her stories will provide children a happy respite from today's fast-paced culture, while simultaneously giving them ways to resolve emotional and interpersonal conflicts in positive and healthy ways. Clark lives with her family on a "mini-farm," which includes lots of rescue cats, in central Oklahoma.
