Dr. Nicole Cvenkel (nee Baptiste) has many years' experience working in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Lincoln, an M.B.A., from London Metropolitan University, an M.Sc. in Research Methods and Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour from Roehampton University. Nicole's Ph.D. focused on employees' perspectives and reactions to HRM practices, the quality of working life, line management leadership, and well-being at work in the public sector.  Dr. Cvenkel has worked as an Associate Professor in the field of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour at various universities, including in the UK and Canada. She has published her research in academic journals and publications, and was an Associate Regional Director at the College of New Caledonia, in British Columbia, Canada. She also worked as the Dean of Business at the University College of the North in Manitoba, Canada. Nicole has vast experience working as an HR, Workplace Well-being, and Management Strategic Leader for diverse organizations.  She is a leadership associate of the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC) of Canada, and is also a member of the Senior Women Academic Administrators of Canada (SWAAC); an Associate Professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD); a fellow of the Higher Education Academy of the UK; a research fellow of the Northern Leadership Academy of the UK; a member of the Chartered Management Institute; a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Team of Coaches; and is an affiliate of the Workplace Bullying Institute University (WBI).  Nicole has also worked as a senior consultant for a number of First Nations and private organizations in Canada. She is the founder and CEO of 'My Work & Well-Being Consulting Inc.' and since 2015 has partnered with a variety of organizational leaders toward building capacity, strategic planning, employee engagement, workplace well-being and organizational health, productivity and sustainability.
