A WISE OLD LADY ONCE SAID... 'You should be able to take your retirement now, then work right up until you're eighty. Maybe then we'll all appreciate how precious this life really is. Go see the world now, when you're young, fit, and able. Maybe then we can all give something back!' Back in the spring of 2010, we quit our corporate jobs to go rail-tracking across America. Everyone thought we were crazy. 'You're doing what? In a middle of a recession? Have you lost your flipping minds?' In search of hope and inspiration we followed a dream, along the old railroad routes of the vast American West. What started as an adventure to fulfil a goal, ended up in discovering a lost American soul. Aimed at readers of all ages, Westward Fever is a sharp, nostalgic and comical look into the American way of life. Drawing much of its inspiration from the growth of the American frontier, Westward Fever provides hope and inspiration for every hard-working lost soul who dares to live the dream.
