Mr. Rana has received his Bachelor Degree in Urban and Rural Planning from Khulna University,Bangladesh. Now he is doing his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at University of Hawaii at Manoa, USA with Asian Development Bank Scholarship. He has several national and international publications in different urban planning issues.
