Sonia Golani is the author of three other books. Her first, Corporate Divas , was published by Penguin Random House, covering eighteen extraordinary women business leaders who share a lifetime of wisdom through their personal stories and offer a roadmap for success for aspiring business leaders and entrepreneurs. Her subsequent books are titled My Life, My Rules: Stories of 18 Unconventional Careers (Hindi edition: Mera Jeevan, Meri Shartein) and Decoding Bollywood: Stories of 15 Film Directors, which also profiles prominent and inspiring people. Before taking to writing, she has been a successful entrepreneur. She founded her executive search service firm, Management Consultants Group, about fifteen years ago. When not reading, writing or managing the consulting business, she loves the outdoors, music and golf. Sonia is passionate about women empowerment and firmly believes in the power of positivity, continuous learning and enhancement of skills.
