Autorenporträt
Ajuan Mance is a visual artist, author, editor, and professor of English at Mills College in Oakland, California. Inspired by Richard Scarry’s What Do People Do All Day?, she created the groundbreaking series 1001 Black Men, a collection of portraits produced over six and a half years that evolved into this book.
