While reading through the book, the reader will view on some of the poems one of the foxes dressed up for that career. Early childhood education is an important part of our education system in America. Literacy plays a vital role in these classrooms. Learning the concept of reading at a young age will enhance their academic success, which will help them be successful through their school years. Books play a vital role in the classroom to encourage a love of reading. During preschool and kindergarten, parents are encouraged by the teachers to read to their child daily. Reading material that contains information and is not just a story encourages critical thinking skills which will help these students achieve higher goals at school.

Born in North Wales, I grew up in England, and emigrated to California as an adult where I raised my three children. Currently working in administration with the non-profit Head Start Pre-School program here in California. I enjoy being around 3 and 4 year olds, and assisting with their education. I have been writing poetry for over 20 years, and appreciate the gift I have been given in bringing joy to others that read my work, young and old.
