What I'd Say To Einstein If I Met Him On The Dance Floor Short Story Anthology, Volume Two: More craziness, oddball stories from the muse inspired pencil of Canada's foremost off the wall author. Recent Reviews Ainsworth Chronicles, Book Two: The Mystery Of Ms. Teak I hate you, I can't put this book down. Every page gets more interesting, suspicious, wondering what is going to happen next. Sandy Strebe Do not read this book! Seriously, do not read this book - unless you are prepared to deal with a rift on your personal timeline. You will find that this book causes you to postpone activities that you would otherwise be doing. You will be transported into a world of history and mystery, crime and grime, Spirits and other worldly time travel, with the delectable Detective Carol Ainsworth. An amazing tale, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Paddy Kopieczek Ainsworth Chronicles, Book One: The Joining I hate you! My wife, who is off on medical leave, won't get out of the bathroom. Can't put your book down. LOL. Bruce W. The Stillwaters Runs Deep Series, Book Two: The Lure I want the author to take me to their world. I love the adrenaline rush I get from reading a book that scares the crap out of me. You know, the ones that have you screaming to the characters in your head or out loud. It tells me that the author did his or her job by getting me emotionally involved. I give up on books if I don't feel something. This book isn't one of those. April Wolfgong A spooky beginning drew me in, making me feel part of a scary, 3:00 am crime scene. It turns even more surreal when Charlie, an Indian shaman, appears out of the fog like a bad hallucination. I am of the Seneca-Cayuga and Cherokee tribes, and I'm intrigued by the use of the beliefs and legends of the Canadian tribes to carry forward the characters' actions. The plot has many timelines: Carol, the head detective, has to solve several murder cases: with many twists and turns. There's Shamans, Animal Spirits, and "The Lure" thrown in for good measure. I laughed out loud when Charlie admonished his fellow shamans with a knock-knock joke. Yes, this novel is a roller-coaster ride, with the Author cleverly hinting along the way, ending with a roller coaster ride! Read this book. It is different. It's as if Elmore Leonard has risen as a shaman, to guide others to write about Indian lore. This one's a keeper. Nancy Bridgeman

Autorenporträt
Frank Talaber lives in Chilliwack, BC. He currently has twelve novels released, most set in BC, including Victoria, Haida Gwaii, Vancouver, and Prince George. He's written in many genres: Urban Fantasy, Science Fiction, Spiritual, comedy, Erotica, and Romance. Well, anything that calls to him, basically! As well as the novels, he can boast over eighty published short stories, articles, over sixty blogs and ten live interviews. Frank is also published by The Wild Rose Press, one of the largest traditional Publishing houses in the world, with "his other half" Felicity Talisman. People who have read Frank's books describe him as a natural storyteller who writes like his soul is on fire and his pencil is his voice crying out. They go further to say that they find his books grabbingly intense and hilarious at times, screaming everyday life from such a realistic viewpoint you're drawn into his world, unable to stop; almost cursing that they can't set the book down, page after page. Frank takes great pride in the realism of his work, painstakingly visiting most of the locations, (obviously, only the "real-life" ones!) and he is so thorough that many readers have remarked that they can hear, taste, visualize, smell and feel the essence of the place. "It really is like being there" one remarked. There isn't a greater compliment to be made. Literature written almost beyond genres, whose compelling thoughts are freed from the depths of the heart and subconscious before being poured onto the page. Or, as he often says, "you don't have to be mad to be a writer, but it sure helps". He writes in urban fantasy, science fiction, crime, spiritual, romance, erotica and comedy genres. Well, anything that calls to him, basically! "To be honest, I loved to write novels, like a rock star that loves to thrill an audience and get that cheering response. That I've moved them, made them laugh, cry, scream and dream. But overall entertain them in a way they have never been entertained before."
