Dorothy was called to short-term mission ministry in 1993, and while the Lord has led her all over the world to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, He has kept Dorothy in India for the past twenty years as founder and president of Omie's Home for Children and Beyond Inc. Dorothy was ordained in India after completing her ministerial studies through the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in the U.S. Dorothy was given an honorary Doctorate in Ministry by Rev. Mani R. Nadava for her work in India.
