In assessment of these elderly women, one deduces that, they really liked the Islamic religion. But, it was not the religion that helped to extend their life expectancy. But, it is their way of protecting their lives. They avoided high risk life style and enjoyed a more solitary life. In every religion, beliefs and cultural regions are surviving and long lasting survivors who are not traditionally Islam. Take a district of Seventh Day Adventists in Loma Linda California. This group of believers, practices literally the same diet like the Islamic faith. They too, do, not eat pork diet neither eat meat of any form. The study made a few years ago (25) years precisely found that, their life expectancy was much longer than the national average. The same studies ranked to that from the studies made of the State of Utah from the Women's movements. They also avoid diet with meat and alcoholics. Their life expectancy though, is much lower than the Seventh day Adventists of California, they still rank higher. Of course, public health standards began with nations such as Egypt, Mesopotamian and all countries around Mediterranean Sea. Many of them were of course Islamic beliefs, but their infant mortality is much higher than the Western World.

Autorenporträt
Borne from a family of a Christian and a member of sixteen kids raised from the jungles of African Bamblee! Travelling twenty miles a day from home to school and back home without a transportation and sometimes without shoes in the legs. The author's major challenge was to wake up at four in the Mornings to go to school at that distance carrying luncheon and school books at his back. Though, he was active in schools activities, many times he could find himself tired and slept in the soccer field and could once in a while be picked up to go to afternoon classes after embedded with equatorial sun.
