Autorenporträt
I have been an educational assistant for 20-plus years. I am always intrigued by how differently each child learns, and how they make connections. As a child myself I would make up rhymes or poems to remember things. Music and stories were a major influence in my childhood and still influence me today. It was talking to my grandkids about COVID that inspired me to write this book. It comes from a need to keep them safe and to understand safety in these uncertain times, and to know that no matter how old we are, we all have to contribute to make our world a safe place to be.
