Neil Dennehy first entered the world of health and wellbeing as an unfit and overweight 13 year old. By changing his diet and exercising regularly, he lost 15 lbs and gained an abundance of energy in only 6 weeks. This experience sparked a lifelong interest in how the body works and the effects of our habits on our health. A career in fitness and Neuromuscular Therapy stemmed from this passion. Depression and suicidal thoughts lasting several years in his late teens, followed by a profound meditation experience in his late 20's led to exploration of the mind and emotions. This book is the culmination of 28 years of professional and personal experience of what brings more balance, wellness, health, happiness and productivity to life.
