What would you like to change? This book is for you to gain fresh perspectives, re-frame your thinking processes, and take action steps toward your goals with creativity and fun. Most books are just to be read; some are quick-glance guides; others are just to color. But not this one. This book cries out for you to look through it, read again, think and ponder, color or draw, add notes, quotes, and more. We are inviting you into a fun and easy collaboration...so you can explore different areas of your life and move beyond your usual way of thinking and knowing. By adding your own changes, you will have begun the change process - a process that can then be applied outside the book.Inside are 37 illustrations divided into four sections (Source, Intuitive, Mythical, and Mental, based on philosopher Jean Gebser's structures of consciousness). The thought-provoking and introspective artwork is accompanied by powerful coaching questions, encouraging you to reflect and add your thoughts, drawings and creative expressions to the pages to see how everything comes together to form the Integral. Experimenting with the artwork can change something inside you...perhaps help you see something in a different, better light. Your new insights and actions can affect those around you, and may help build a better world and a more sustainable way of living together. How to use this book:1. Find a picture and matching words that grab your attention or pique your curiosity about something you would like to explore and/or change.2.We suggest that you delve into the words and artwork for possibilities. Become involved with them. Look for ways they might relate to you personally, or how they "speak" to you. Have fun and explore new ways to personalize the pages...modify, enhance, add, create. Make copies of pages and practice on them first if you want. This is your own unique, personal book. The "What Would you Like to CHANGE?" activity book complements the award winning Wisdom of the Whole textbook "Wisdom of the Whole: Coaching for Joy, Health, and Success" by Dr. Linda Bark, the "Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Toolcards for Joy, Health, and Success" by Dr. Linda Bark, as well as the Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy's coach training courses.
