Autorenporträt
Dr Camilla Stokholm is a GP living the UK, who was born in Denmark and spent her childhood in Denmark, Switzerland, Australia and Italy. As part of her GP training, Camilla was awarded a scholarship to research childhood obesity and provide teaching for parents on lifestyle measures to treat it. This led to a special interest in the gut microbiome, and to her studying to become a lifestyle medicine doctor alongside her work as a GP. She has a passion for good food and health, and shares her own gut-friendly, plant-based dishes on the Instagram account @whatyourdoctoreats.
