The lack of literacy knowledge is also evident in the world of economics.Thus, mentoring of academic literacy can be a pedagogical approach which might show itself as a way to obtain better results of performing academic literacy.

Dr. Yochie Wolffensperger is a lecturer in a leading college of teacher training in Israel. She is the director of the learning centre for academic literacy at the college.She published articles about academic literacy mentoring, co-teaching of academic literacy and mathematics, and lectures at international conferences.
