These questions, and more, are explored in this study of faculty morale in the four tertiary institutions owned and run by the SDAChurch in the South Pacific - Avondale College of Higher Education, NSW; Pacific Adventist University, PNG; Fulton College, Fiji; and Sonoma College, PNG.
