Phillip Gwynne is a multi-award winning writer whose titles have earned several prestigious Children's Book Council of Australia awards. His previous picture books inclue Ruby Learns to Swim and The Queen with the Wobby Bottom. Gregory Rogers has been illustrating picture books in his signature retro style for more than 25 years, and in 1995 won the Kate Greenaway Medal, the first Australian ever to have won this prestigious British award. His previous picture books include The Hero of Little Street and The Boy, The Bear, The Baron, The Bard.
