Er hat einen Master-Abschluss in Literaturwissenschaft von der UEMS und einen Abschluss in Literaturwissenschaft (Portugiesisch/Englisch) von der UNIDERP und unterrichtet Aufbaustudiengänge. Nataniel dos Santos Gomes hat an der UFRJ in Linguistik promoviert und unterrichtet an der UEMS Grund- und Aufbaustudiengänge.
