Currently, Quandara resides is Auburn, Alabama. She is a graduate of Harvard's Kennedy School of Government with a master's in public administration (MPA), 1987. She is a US GAO retiree and a US Army Veteran. Her experiential knowledge base is extensive and insights invaluable with regard to color issues in America. Her views are based on academics as well as life's experiences. She is passionate about public service and the plight of people adversely affected by color issues. She believes that while our color is immutable, our attitudes can be changed. Quandara's goal and mind-set is simple: to end color bias because all lives matter.
