Als Kind wollte ich schon Ingenieur werden. Das kam dann auch so.1989 trat ich eine Stelle als Projektingenieur bei den U.S.-Streitkräften an. 1992 wurde ich aufgrund guter Leistungen zum Vorgesetzten und 1997 zum Stellvertretenden Direktor befördert.Personalführung und Management erfordern spezielle Fähigkeiten und soziale Kompetenzen. Jahrzehntelang wurde meine Arbeit von den Garnisonsführungen sehr geschätzt.2020 beschloss der letzte Direktor, ein von destruktivem Neid getriebener Narzisst, mich zu mobben. Ich wurde zum Schriftsteller, weil es mir die Möglichkeit gibt, durch mein Buch "Wenn Mobbing Chefsache ist", doch noch Gerechtigkeit zu erlangen und ihn zu stoppen.Neben echten Praxistipps, zur Bekämpfung von Mobbing, gibt es eine spannende und deftig erzählte Geschichte.
