P. Lee Spears is a retired law enforcement officer with nearly two decades of experience. He served as the first East Tennessee Regional Training Manager for the Tennessee Department of Correction. His experience included academy instructor, hostage negotiations, special operations, internal affairs, ans gang investigations.
