Autorenporträt
Amy Dean currently resides in the high desert farming community of San Luis Valley, Colorado with her husband, dogs, and horses. A mother and grandmother, Amy finds reading and learning about the wonderful world God created to bring joy and an inner peace. She has a strong desire to share her love for exploring nature with her family and other children as well. "We live in a world that is fast paced, noisy, computerized and programmed. It's so important for children and adults alike to take a break from the digital and spend time in the quiet peacefulness of nature." Amy is a song writer in music ministry who has recently felt the call to write books for children in a style that's informative, a little bit silly, and wholesome for tender minds. Amy Kucera is the graphic artist in the Public Relations/Marketing team at her local University. She has her M.A. in photography and is never far from her camera. She enjoys freelance work; collaborating with musicians, artists, writers, and local businesses. She loves the small community in Colorado, where she lives and works. Amy likes to spend her free time spoiling her dogs, watching movies, reading, gardening, and sometimes just staring out the window appreciating the beauty of God's creation.
