Autorenporträt
Ever since I've known myself, I've been writing poems in German, English, and Turkish. Growing up amidst Mediterranean and southern German, as well as Anglo-American cultures, I've woven the diversity of the English vocabulary, the essence of German lyricism, and the sensitivity of the Turkish language into my works. I am a writer, student and -in fact- a brother. In this book, I am the brother to a close friend of mine when she needed me the most.
