Autorenporträt
Jim Daly has been performing for over 7 decades in Australia. In his youth he performed on 'Southern Stars' for the 9-Network in Adelaide, and in school productions. He qualified as a teacher, teaching full-time over 20 years, and subsequently in a casual capacity in primary, secondary, and tertiary settings. He has 5 university degrees, including postgraduate work in educational administration, applied linguistics, and a PhD in theatre and performance, publishing a handful of articles in journals and periodicals. He has performed in over 150 plays on Flagship, mainstage and independent theatre companies. His record for film and TV amounts to around 100 productions. He is married to Joanna, and they have four children and seven grandchildren. 'Scenes Seen' is his first book.
