Liz Haske has always dreamed of being an author. She will be forever grateful to a friend who told her, "Stop talking about it and just write," which prompted her to finally put pen to paper. Liz is very excited to launch the Worry series, which aims to empower children with strategies such as mindful breathing and self-talk. Liz is an international teacher who has been fortunate enough to learn alongside children in five different countries. Wonder and thinking are her breath, which is why she feels so at home in the classroom. She currently lives in Sofia, Bulgaria with her husband and two children.
