Autorenporträt
Teri Leonard Michaud is an author and teacher. After 30 years of teaching reading, she has retired to intermittently flip houses and camp across the country with her husband. Teri wrote for School House Rock (Grammar Rock CD), Jump Start Learning (Explorers CD), The West Hartford News and CT Working Moms. She was awarded a 2023 Josie Rubio Scholarship for her micro fiction, "Hitchhikers" from Gotham Writers Workshop in New York City. She has hosted author talks in her home to help raise funds for relocating refugees. Teri, a third-generation West Hartford, Connecticut resident, enjoys writing with her dog lying at her feet, hanging around the Mark Twain House, and driving her five grandchildren to sports and music lessons.
