This book will be the first of a children's series titled "The Half-Brother/Step-Brother Series". This book is to help children ages 4 and up understand where outside siblings that live with other parents come from. In addition, I hope to help children understand that their half-sibling is someone they could love and accept, although they share one parent.

Autor

Dr. Hancock-Johnson earned a Bachelor's of Arts from the University of Oregon in Psychology and Sociology, a Master's of Science from Iowa State University in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Family Studies, and a Doc-torate of Education (EdD) in Counseling Psychology with a concen-tration in Counselor Education and Supervision. She has also gained additional certification as a Life Strategies Coach (LSC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Dr. Hancock-Johnson has been mentioned in The Monitor, Miami Today, and Coffee News (Palmetto Bay Edi-tion). Most recently, she did an interview with Miami's Hot 105.1 FM Radio Station with Rodney Baltimore.
