Author: Laureen Rose is a teacher, dancer, grandmother and mother. She has always had a passion for writing and aspires to enrich, inspire and encourage the imagination of children through the art of storytelling. In all her work, storytelling has been a major component of her creation and teaching.Illustrator: Jacob was diagnosed with a genetic condition called NF1 at the age of 6. At that time, Jacob was identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and doctors predicted he would suffer from tumor growth that would impact his development for the rest of his life. Jacob creates his own world through his illustrations and writing. Now at age 22, with a general Arts and Science diploma from Conestoga College, Jacob spends most his time writing and drawing.
