CHRISTOPHER LEE BOWEN born in the Philippines, lived in Qingdao China, served in the US Army, worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency, an avid student of American history. Undergraduate degree from the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, graduate degree from the University of Minnesota. He resides in Oakland California.
