Jill Ostrowski studied journalism and has always dreamed of writing. She created When I'm Asleep, I Can Fly to support fellow parents of severely disabled children. She is the proud mother of Owen, who inspired and stars in this tale. She and her family live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is her first book.
